The new Altour Air Program offers commissionable published fares on scheduled air from the USA to Europe and Asia and beyond in first, business and coach class through this online booking tool. There are no credit card fees, low change/cancel fees and up to 12% commission and this is fully supported through the Altour special call center help desk support team. Best of all, there is no cost to this program. The application is web based, so there is absolutely nothing to install. Simply sign up and start using the product!

Branding:

Your agents will use this online, browser-based tool to view commissionable fares. However, any correspondence with your end-customers will be with you and with your branding. For instance, confirmation emails can be configured by YOU to use your colors, logos, and even be updated with your latest advertisements.

Booking Flow:

Bookings are made entirely through the online tool. This is an "end to end" tool that allows you to search for flights and fares, access seat maps, include frequent flyer program entries, and input credit card payments. A passive segment can be created in your agency's GDS (with authorized access) so that you can service the customer directly or add hotel/car reservations, and add any fees and corporate reporting fields before interfacing yo your back office accounting system.

Post Booking Servicing and Call Flow:

Once a booking is made, there is an option for us to send out a confirmation email to your traveler. This email is branded with your agency logo and colors and makes no reference to the Altour Air Desk. When your customer needs to cancel or change a reservation, your agent or your 24 hour service may call our support center directly.
